Steve Banks has played for over 950 weddings in the Central Ohio area!
In addition, Steve has performed across the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand to thousands of people and has appeared on various local and national television shows including California, Florida, Texas, Michigan, Ohio. In addition, he has played for capacity crowds of up to 20,000 people in larger city convention centers. In 1986, he won 2nd place in the National Christian Artist’s performance competition at Estes Park, Colorado. Steve has completed 7 recordings in Los Angeles, Denver, Gaither Studios in Indiana, Nashville and Ohio. His most recent, Eternal, is his first recording of all original compositions accompanied by some of the top musicians in Nashville, and was voted one of the top 5 of new contemporary piano albums by GAIA Prime Internet Radio. Being a popular and well-known musician in the Central Ohio area, Steve entertained guests at a popular Hotel for nearly 20 years, the Der Dutchman in Plain City, OH and the Thai Orchid in Powell, OH. He has also entertained at the Governor’s Mansion as well as at many corporate functions, weddings, cocktail hours, and private engagements in the Columbus Metro area.
